This course is talking about positional sacrifices. Normally we sacrifice material for an attack, hoping to gain it back immediately. But strong players have mastered the ability to sacrifice material for positional reasons. By positional reasons, I mean a strong outpost, open lines, activation of the pieces, create color dominance, eliminate opponent’s actives pieces etc.
The main idea of the course is to teach you all the above-mentioned topics and familiarize you with this new chess ability, to sacrifice material.
The course is essential for intermediate and advanced levels of players but even if you are a beginner, you can grasp the ideas easily.
